是說，為了回到台灣之後還能吃到近來的最愛,
直接學會怎麼做Cannelé才是王道!
於是，噹噹噹!這就是我今年的生日禮物！
讓人愛不釋手一整個有存在感的銅製Cannelé烤模！
再讓我們看一次她美麗的銅體、、
由於她的製作材料非常簡單，
所以，在一個月黑風高的三經半夜，我混好了面料。
又因為，她至少要經過24小時才可以烘培、、
最後能夠開始烤它的時間,
延伸直到另一個月黑風高的三經半夜...見鬼。
第一次的成績算是差強人意啦！
雖然沒有專業到擁有焦糖化的深咖啡色脆皮..
但是趁熱吃，很好吃啊～ 唔..還有很多改進的空間～
倒是，聽說保養銅製的烤模還另有技巧，
使用過後不能碰水，直接以布擦拭即可～
如此殘餘的油脂也能夠讓下一次烘培達到更好的效果！
和老人茶吸收日月精華的養壺真是有異曲同工之妙吶。
